Banana Spiit Cake

Ingredients
- * 4-6hrs chilling time shopping list
- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- ¼ cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- Mix above ingredients and press into 11” x 14” pan. shopping list
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, 8 minutes. Cool. shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 bananas, sliced shopping list
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1 pint heavy cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Crust:
- Mix above crust ingredients and press into 11” x 14” pan.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, 8 minutes. Cool
- Filling:
- Blend cream cheese and sugar and spread over crust. Place sliced bananas over cream cheese. Spread pineapple over bananas. Spread with whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or toasted almonds. Decorate with cherries if desired.
- Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
