Easy Lofat Spaghetti Squash And Shrimp

This is a recipe I came up with when I was following weight watchers. Very low in points but high in flavor. Very filling

Cut squash in half remove seeds
place squash cut side down in a microwave safe dish with just a little water and cover
microwave time depends on your micro but it is done when squash comes out with fork looking like spagetti strands set aside.
in a small sauce pan spray with cooking spray and saute shrimp until done add salsa heat until warm.
toss shrimp and salsa mixture with cooked spagetti squash
top with grated cheese if you like...

I hope you try it because it is sooo good..The black bean and corn salsa just gives it another flavor and texture!!!Thanks for checking it out
