Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix together rosemary, the red wine, and in a small bowl, then let the mixture stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
  • Bring a large griddle or cast-iron skillet to high heat, add the steaks and cook for about 8 minutes per side, (or to desired doneness). The internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees F for a medium rare steak. Pour in the wine mixture, and let it boil for a minute. Finally, serve the steaks, with sauce, on a deep platter and enjoy.

Do you pour the wine over the steaks and reduce it in the same pan, or do you take the steaks out first and deglaze the pan and then reduce the wine? Thanks! ~Sharon
