Rosemary Steak

- 4 New York strip steaks, sliced 1-inch thick shopping list
- 1 sprig rosemary, fresh shopping list
- 1 cup of red wine shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together rosemary, the red wine, and in a small bowl, then let the mixture stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
- Bring a large griddle or cast-iron skillet to high heat, add the steaks and cook for about 8 minutes per side, (or to desired doneness). The internal temperature should reach at least 145 degrees F for a medium rare steak. Pour in the wine mixture, and let it boil for a minute. Finally, serve the steaks, with sauce, on a deep platter and enjoy.
