Mashed Potatoes - Wicked

- 5 lbs of potatoes (less if your serving less) shopping list
- 1 - 8 oz tub of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cups sour cream shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic shopping list
- parsley (fresh or dried) - fresh is better shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel potatoes and boil potatoes with approximately 5 cloves of garlic.
- Drain water when boiled and mash with a potato masher.
- Mix in cream cheese, sour cream and fresh parsley & freshly ground pepper.
- Grease a rectangular pyrex dish and added potatoes to dish.
- You can freeze these potatoes for use at another function (just make sure you thaw before reheating at a 350 degree oven) or reheat just before your ready to serve.....
- Another option is to add drained diced green chilies to this when your mixing in sour cream/cream cheese mixture.......this will add an additonal little zip.
- WARNING : These are so not low fat! - Enjoy.
