How to make it

  • Crumble sausage into a 1 quart casserole then stir in onion.
  • Microwave on high for 4 minutes stirring once.
  • Pour off fat and stir in catsup and oregano.
  • Microwave 2 minutes longer then place roll bottom on a paper towel lined plate and spoon sausage mixture on top of each roll.
  • Top with cheese and top of roll.
  • Place back in microwave for 1 minute to allow cheese to melt.
