I've made this to take to parties. To make this faster I used a cooked roasted chicken available in most grocery stores. Just remove the skin and pull off the bones. Don't throw them away use it to make a chicken stock. I like the combination of white and dark meat of the whole chicken. i like this better than the recipes with blue cheese. 5 stars
