Ingredients
  • 2 Quarts Freshly Popped Popcorn,(unsalted)
  • 1 (6-1/4 oz.) Can Cashew Nuts
  • 1 (5 oz.) Can Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1/4 Cup Butter,melted
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Directions
  1. Combine popcorn,nuts, and noodles.
  2. Combine butter,soy sauce,and ginger,stirring well.
  3. Pour over popcorn mixture.
  4. Toss well.
  5. Pour onto a jellyroll pan.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
