Tacos

Left over chicken (or beef) makes great tacos....it's fast and tasty depending on what you put in them..........
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken........cut up shopping list
- 1/2 chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 cup chopped lettuce, tomato shopping list
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- or 1 cup shredded jack cheese (or both!!) shopping list
- 8 - 10 taco shells or soft corn tortillas shopping list
- Your favorite taco sauce or salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Saute' the chicken or beef with onion and cilantro until onion is softened
- If you are using taco shells, of course you don't have to fry them
- Warm your soft corn tortillas
- Fill each with the lettuce, tomato, top with the cheese..........
- Plate and serve..........
- Taco sauce on top............Yummmmmmm
