- 6 - 8 pork loin chops shopping list
- 1 medium onion, sliced - red, white or brown shopping list
- 1 bell pepper, sliced - red, yellow or green shopping list
- 1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes shopping list
- seasoned breadcrumbs to coat shopping list
- ground mustard shopping list
- parsley flakes shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Season chops with garlic salt & pepper, parsley flakes, ground mustard.
- Coat with seasoned breadcrumbs
- Lightly spray baking pan with cooking oil.
- Place chops in pan, layer peppers and onions over and around chops.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn chops and cook a further 10 minutes. Then pour diced tomatoes and 3 tblsps water over top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over all.
- Return to oven for further 20 - 30 minutes until sligthly golden.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and side salad.
