SIMPLE PEACH STRAWBERRY COBBLER This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Buccaneer Estate in Hurst, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup peaches peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In medium bowl combine flour, sugar and baking powder then stir in milk.
  3. Mix until smooth then spray pan well and pour batter into pan.
  4. Sprinkle fruit over top then bake 45 minutes.
