Ingredients
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz salsa (medium)
  • bread bowl -- i get a large sourdough or pumpernickel, leave out the day before to get a little stale, and it softens in the oven while baking
  • Tostitos or favorite brand of scoops or gold chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix with mixer the sour cream and cream cheese.
  3. Hand mix in the cheddar and salsa
  4. Hollow out bread bowl well -- it fills to top
  5. Bake 1 hour uncovered -- it gets a cursty top -- mix up a bit then put back in oven for 15 more minutes
  6. Good out of oven or at room temperature
