Salsa Dip in Bread Bowl

- 4 oz sour cream shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 12 oz cheddar cheese shopping list
- 16 oz salsa (medium) shopping list
- bread bowl -- i get a large sourdough or pumpernickel, leave out the day before to get a little stale, and it softens in the oven while baking shopping list
- Tostitos or favorite brand of scoops or gold chips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix with mixer the sour cream and cream cheese.
- Hand mix in the cheddar and salsa
- Hollow out bread bowl well -- it fills to top
- Bake 1 hour uncovered -- it gets a cursty top -- mix up a bit then put back in oven for 15 more minutes
- Good out of oven or at room temperature
