How to make it

  • Preheat your grill to high heat.
  • Season your lamb chops with salt and pepper. Once the grill is hot place your chops and let cook for 4 minutes without touching them.
  • In a small bowl, combine ricotta, zests of 2 lemons, and your cracked black pepper. Stir and set aside.
  • After 4 minutes of cooking, flip the chop and finish cooking for another 3 minutes. You want to serve lamb medium rare.
  • Once the chops are finished have rested a few minutes place a dollop of the ricotta before serving.
  • Serve and Enjoy!!
