Raspberry Fruit Fondue

- 1/2 pint raspberries shopping list
- 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
How to make it
- Gently wash raspberries and drain well.
- In covered blender blend the raspberries and sugar.
- Strain through a medium sieve.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in raspberry pulp until well blended and smooth then refrigerate.
- Use as a dip for fresh fruit.
