- PESTO chicken FLATBREAD PIZZAS shopping list
- 2 Tuscan-style flatbreads (about 3.5 ounces each) shopping list
- 1/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Reduced Fat or Regular Pesto with basil shopping list
- 2/3 cup sautéed or cooked chicken breast strips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup (.75 ounce) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- PIZZA MARGHERITA shopping list
- 2 mini 8-inch whole wheat pizza crusts (such as Boboli) shopping list
- 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated marinara sauce shopping list
- 2 small roma tomatoes, thinly sliced shopping list
- 4 ounces thinly sliced part skim mozzarella cheese shopping list
- About 2 tablespoons small fresh basil leaves (shredded, if desired) shopping list
How to make it
- FOR PESTO CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZAS:
- PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Place flatbreads on baking sheet.
- SPREAD pesto sauce evenly over each flatbread to within 1/2 inch of
- edge. Top each evenly with chicken, mozzarella cheese and
- Parmesan cheese.
- BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until flatbread is crisp and cheese is
- melted.
- Cook's Tip: Refer to your flatbread packaging to determine
- recommended bake temperature and time as each brand varies.
- FOR PIZZA MARGHERITA:
- PREHEAT oven to 450° F. Place crusts on baking sheet.
- SPREAD marinara sauce evenly over each crust to within 1 inch of
- edge. Top each evenly with tomato and cheese slices.
- BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
- Top with basil before serving.
