  • PESTO CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZAS
  • 2 Tuscan-style flatbreads (about 3.5 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Reduced Fat or Regular Pesto with Basil
  • 2/3 cup sautéed or cooked chicken breast strips
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (.75 ounce) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • PIZZA MARGHERITA
  • 2 mini 8-inch whole wheat pizza crusts (such as Boboli)
  • 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Marinara Sauce
  • 2 small Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced part skim mozzarella cheese
  • About 2 tablespoons small fresh basil leaves (shredded, if desired)

Directions
  1. FOR PESTO CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZAS:
  2. PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Place flatbreads on baking sheet.
  3. SPREAD pesto sauce evenly over each flatbread to within 1/2 inch of
  4. edge. Top each evenly with chicken, mozzarella cheese and
  5. Parmesan cheese.
  6. BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until flatbread is crisp and cheese is
  7. melted.
  8. Cook's Tip: Refer to your flatbread packaging to determine
  9. recommended bake temperature and time as each brand varies.
  10. FOR PIZZA MARGHERITA:
  11. PREHEAT oven to 450° F. Place crusts on baking sheet.
  12. SPREAD marinara sauce evenly over each crust to within 1 inch of
  13. edge. Top each evenly with tomato and cheese slices.
  14. BAKE for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
  15. Top with basil before serving.
