Peanut Sauce Recipe

	Lenora / All my dishes 11 months, 2 weeks ago I had a Thai salad from a really high end restaurant, it had peanut sauce on the salad and this sounds as close as it comes; plus I think this would taste good as a dipper for pot stickers. Prep:10m Cook:20m Servings:4	Lenora

Ingredients

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbls. lemon juice

2 tbls. honey

1/4 cup pineapple juice

1/4 tsp. ground ginger

red cayenne pepper to taste

Directions

In a small sauce pan over low heat, combine all ingredients;

stir until well blended.

Remove from heat and let cool.
