Ingredients
  • Tuna - 1tin
  • Oil for salute
  • mustard seeds -1 tsp
  • chopped onion -1
  • chopped ginger - 1tbs
  • curry leaves / chopped coriander leaves - as you desire
  • pepper powder - 1tsp
  • garam masala - 1tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • boiled & smashed potato - 1
  • salt to taste
  • egg white -1
  • breadcrumbs - 1cup
  • oil for deep frying

Directions
  1. Salute chopped onion & ginger after cracking the mustard seeds.
  2. Add to it curry leaves . pepper powder . turmeric powder & garam masala & mix well with the smashed potato .
  3. Make balls , shape them into smooth round / oval .
  4. Dip them in egg white & breadcrumbs ,then pat them .
  5. Deep fry them in batches , do not overcrowd them while frying .
  6. Enjoy it hot with tomato sauce.
