Ham Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground Pork

1 pound ground ham

2 eggs

3/4 cup bread crumbs

3/4 cup milk

2Tblsp. ketchup

1 can Pineapple Slices

Glaze

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 tsp. prepared mustard

2 tblsp. Vinegar

Directions

Combined first 5 ingredients and mix.

Roll mixture into 9 rolls, place in a grease 9x13 pan.

Bake 30 min. at 325

While baking mix the ingredients for the Glaze

after 30 min. pull out the ham rolls and lay a pineapple slice on each roll. Pour Glaze over all the ham rolls and the put back in the oven for an additional hour. These are sooo good
