How to make it

  • Saute lamb, onion and garlic in butter in a large skillet or Dutch overn, until onion is soft and lamb loses redness. Stir in remaining ingredients, expect rice; blend well. Simmer, covered, 1 hour over medium heat; stir occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice.
