How to make it

  • for meatballs
  • combine all of the meatball ingredients well. Shape into tiny meatballs (about the size of walnuts) and saute in oil until browned and cooked thoroughly.
  • for sauce
  • Mix all but the sour cream in sauce pan . Simmer about 5 min.Add sour cream.Pour over meatballs in a chafing dish and serve hot .
  • tis can be made ahead , refrigerated and heated.
