- for meatballs shopping list
- 1lb. ground beef (seasoned with garlic, salt, and pepper to taste) shopping list
- 1/2c. italian seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- for sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c.A-1 Steak Sauce shopping list
- 1/4c. tomato catsup shopping list
- 2T.brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4c. butter shopping list
- 3T. sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- for meatballs
- combine all of the meatball ingredients well. Shape into tiny meatballs (about the size of walnuts) and saute in oil until browned and cooked thoroughly.
- for sauce
- Mix all but the sour cream in sauce pan . Simmer about 5 min.Add sour cream.Pour over meatballs in a chafing dish and serve hot .
- tis can be made ahead , refrigerated and heated.
