Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix ingredients and add additional flour, a little at a time, until the dough is not sticky.
  • Flatten into a Tortilla shape on a well floured cutting board or counter.
  • Cook on a hot, dry (ungreased) skillet on both sides.
  • Start stacking!

    Made these today. Aside from the fact that I'm not very good at shaping tortillas (they were thick and misshapen when I did them) they worked great as flatbread and were very tasty.
