How to make it

  • Microwave potatoe about 5 min or til almost done.
  • cool a couple minutes until able to peel skin off.
  • deep fry at 375 degrees for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • drain on paper towel.
  • serve with sour cream, or french onion dip or just butter. maybe ranch dressing

    Deep fried is ALWAYS good! Sounds like a giant french fry! A sprinkling of salt after it's fried would be good.
