How to make it

  • Trim pork of fat and silverskin. Place trimmed pork tenderloins in a ziplock bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3-4 hours.
  • Preheat grill. Bring pork to room temperature. Grill tenderloins for about 20-30 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes before slicing into mediallions for serving.
  • (I also cook this in the oven, with the marinade, 350 degrees for 45 minutes.)
