Grilled Rosemary-Soy Pork Tenderloin

- 2 pork tenderloins (about 1 1/4 lbs) shopping list
- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbls brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 2 Tbls chopped rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- Trim pork of fat and silverskin. Place trimmed pork tenderloins in a ziplock bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3-4 hours.
- Preheat grill. Bring pork to room temperature. Grill tenderloins for about 20-30 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes before slicing into mediallions for serving.
- (I also cook this in the oven, with the marinade, 350 degrees for 45 minutes.)
