Ingredients
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins (about 1 1/4 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbls Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls chopped Rosemary

Directions
  1. Trim pork of fat and silverskin. Place trimmed pork tenderloins in a ziplock bag. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Marinate in refrigerator at least 3-4 hours.
  2. Preheat grill. Bring pork to room temperature. Grill tenderloins for about 20-30 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees. Allow pork to rest 5 minutes before slicing into mediallions for serving.
  3. (I also cook this in the oven, with the marinade, 350 degrees for 45 minutes.)

We have a couple rosemary bushes too! They grow pretty much wild. I appreciate you posting this, sounds easy and very tasty! High 5!
