My recipe for delicious meatballs; Italian style

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • romano cheese (optional) about 1/2 cup

Directions
  1. Mix all of the above and shape into balls about 1 1/2 inch round
  2. Saute' in frying pan with just a bit of EVOO
  3. Keep sauteing until done....about 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. Either serve with your favorite sauce or
  5. Add to your Italian meat sauce
  6. Or what I do............slice meatballs and make meatball sandwichs with Italian rolls............
  7. Easy and good..........
