Italian Meatballs

My recipe for delicious meatballs; Italian style
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 1/2 - 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs shopping list
- romano cheese (optional) about 1/2 cup shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all of the above and shape into balls about 1 1/2 inch round
- Saute' in frying pan with just a bit of EVOO
- Keep sauteing until done....about 30 to 45 minutes.
- Either serve with your favorite sauce or
- Add to your Italian meat sauce
- Or what I do............slice meatballs and make meatball sandwichs with Italian rolls............
- Easy and good..........
