Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bruise the leaves of several sprigs of mint (about 4 or 5) in the bottom of a pitcher.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Add hot tea.
  • Add sugar to taste.
  • Let this steep for 1/2 hour or so, then strain and chill it.
  • Serve with crushed ice and several sprigs of mint and powdered sugar for those who like it sweeter.
