never met a tail i did'nt Like........hahahahhaha ;-)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~........OH come on you know it made you smile...........LOL seriously though this has a wonderful flavor

Ingredients
  • 6 lbs ground venison
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 1/2 tsp. curing salt
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 tsp. accent seasoning
  • 8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tb. liquid smoke

Directions
  1. Make your meat strips.
  2. Combine ingredients.
  3. Marinate, covered, in fridge for 3 days.
  4. Place in dehydrator and enjoy!
