Bacon-cheddar Appetizers

A quick easy appetizer and the cheese mixture may be made ahead of time.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 8 ounces bacon, crisply cooked, crumpled shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- Melba toast rounds or Party rye bread shopping list
How to make it
- Heat Broiler
- Mis all ingredients except toast rounds until well blended.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each toast round
- Place on cookie sheet
- Broil 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
