Honey Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1(3lb) chicken)cut in pieces

1/2c butter

1/3c honey

1/4c prepared mustard

1tsp salt

1tsp curry powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Place chicken pieces in shallow baking pan,skin side up. Combine the butter,honey,mustard,salt and curry powder and pour over chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 11/4 hours,basting every 15 mins with pan drippings until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and juices run clear.
