Stuffed Pepper Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey

1 28 oz jar speghetti sauce

1 28 oz jar of tomatoes

1 cup uncooked rice

2 cups chopped green peppers

2 beef boullion cubes

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

corn (optional)

1 cup water

Directions

Brown meat in large pot ; drain fat

stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 40 mins or untill green peppers are soft.
