Stuffed Pepper Soup

This is a good hearty soup!
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef or ground turkey shopping list
- 1 28 oz jar speghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 28 oz jar of tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup uncooked rice shopping list
- 2 cups chopped green peppers shopping list
- 2 beef boullion cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- corn (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Brown meat in large pot ; drain fat
- stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 40 mins or untill green peppers are soft.

This is such an awesome recipe. My family loves this more than an entire stuffed pepper dinner. This is simple and filling, get some nice italian bread for the side and you have a Great meal!! Thanks for the post
