How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, soak cereal in milk for 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, then add cereal mixture.
  • Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1-2 min.)
  • Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin pan, filling cups 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops spring back when touched lightly.
  • Cool 5 min., remove from pan.
