Swiss Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Place chicken in a 3 quart casserole dish or pan
  • Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Put sauerkraut over chicken
  • Top with swiss cheese slices
  • Pour Thousand Island Dressing over cheese
  • cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve
