An old favorite of mine to make as an appetizer or to bring to a potluck.

Ingredients
  • 2 jars marinated artichokes hearts
  • 1/2 onion - chopped
  • 4 eggs - beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dash of tabasco
  • 2 tbls. ortega chiles (they come in a small can)

Directions
  1. Drain 1 jar artichoke liquid in frying pan
  2. Saute' onion until opaque
  3. Mix the rest of ingredients together
  4. Bake in a 9 X 11 glass pan at 350 deg. for 30 minutes
  5. Let cool
  6. Cut into small squares
  7. Refrigerate........
