  • 2 BIG CANS OF HOMINY CORN
  • 1 BAG OF CHICKEN PIECES
  • WITH A LITTLE SKIN NOT TO MUCH
  • 1 BAG DYED CALIFORNIA CHILES
  • 2 OR 3 PASILLA CHILES TO GIVE COLOR AND FLAVOR
  • HALF AN ONION
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • GARNISHES
  • 1CABBAGE THINLY SLICED
  • 2 DICED WHITE ONIONS
  • 2 BUNCHES OF RADISHES,SLICED
  • 8 LIMES,SLICED
  • 2 PACKS OF TOSTADAS
  • I CONTAINER OF SOUR CREAM FOR TOSTADAS,IF YOU LIKE IT THAT WAY

Directions
  1. BOIL IN A SMALL POT THE CALIFORNIA CHILES,AND PASILLA CHILES,BUT REMEMBER TO TAKE OUT THE SEEDS OF THE CHILES,WHEN YOU BOIL THEM,THEN ADD TO BLENDER,WITH A LITTLE WATER.
  2. IN A BIG POT ADD 10 CUPS OF WATER,YOUR CHILE SAUCE,YOUR HALF ONION,AND BOIL,RINSE YOUR HOMINY AND ADD THE 2 CANS,SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES,AND THEN ADD YOUR CHICKEN AT THE END,I LEAVE A LITTLE SKIN ON MINE,WHEN I BOIL IT,SIMMER FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES,AND ADD SALT TO TASTE,AND ADD THE GARNISHES ON TOP AND ENJOY.
