Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large skillet or dutch oven, saute green pepper and onion in butter until tender.
  • Add garlic and saute for an additional minute.
  • Reduce heat and add shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, green onions, parsley, and seasonings.
  • Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Serve hot over rice.
  • Note:
  • I do not reccommend using pre-cooked shrimp.
