- cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to Taste shopping list
- Optional: Mrs. Dash No salt spice shopping list

- Toast Bread
- Spread Salsa on One Slice
- Spread Dressing on Other Side
- Fry Eggs with Spices
- Fold Cheese into Fried Egg
- Put Egg Between Bread
