Black Bean Dip

- 2 cans black beans shopping list
- 1 medium tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup salsa shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 bunch diced green onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sour cream shopping list
- 2 tbsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Drain 1 can of Beans and Smash by Hand
- (I Put Them in A Ziplock and Squish Them By Hand Less Mess)
- The Other Can of Beans , Just Add to the Pot...(Don't Drain)
- Warm Beans in a Large Pot.
- Add Spices and Salt to Taste.
- Pour Beans into a 8 x 8 Casserole Dish and Top with Cheese.
- Melt the cheese in the oven under the broiler until melted,
- Remove from oven and top with salsa, tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Top with onions and serve
