Greek Grilled Cheese

- 1 Cup mint Pesto shopping list
- 1/2 Pound Kasseri cheese shopping list
- 1 baguette shopping list
- Spreadable butter shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices. Smear one side of each piece with butter. Slice the kasseri cheese into thick slices to fit the baguette slices.
- Assemble the sandwiches smearing the inside of one slice with 1-2 tsp of the mint pesto and placing one piece inside to create the sandwich. Both outside pieces should be buttered.
- In a large non-stick sauté pan, preheat to medium high heat. Sear one side of the sandwich until golden brown (about 2 minutes per side depending on how hot your pan got), flip and repeat.
- Grill to order so the guests receive them warm.
