Emerils Irish Style Baked Codfish

- 4, 6 o zcodfish fillets shopping list
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 Tbs melted irish butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs minced fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp Irish mustards or Colemans English mustard shopping list
- 6 oz Irish cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
- 1 cup heavy irish cream shopping list
- Seasoning: Emerils Essence or Bayou Blast- makes 2/3 cup shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tbs paprika shopping list
- 2 Tbs salt shopping list
- 2 Tbs garlic powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs black pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs onion powder shopping list
- 1 Tbs cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried oregano shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Prehet oven to 375
- Butter a caserole dish
- Lightly season the fish with some of the prepared seasoning recipe (it makes 2/3 cup and store and seal for future uses )
- Combine bread crumbs, butter, parsley, mustard, garlic and mix well.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Place on the fish, patting down to make a crust.
- Pour cream over fish
- Bake about 20 minutes until fish is cooked through and cheese mixture is bubbly
