Emerils recipe for a fanatastic baked fish in a cheesey cream sauce. This is so delicious. Company fare ! I used all American stuff, but Irish ingrdients probably much richers! Plus Emerils seasoning recipee

Ingredients
  • 4, 6 o zcodfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbs melted irish butter
  • 2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Irish mustards or Colemans English mustard
  • 6 oz Irish cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup heavy Irish Cream
  • Seasoning: Emerils Essence or Bayou Blast- makes 2/3 cup
  • 2 1/2 Tbs paprika
  • 2 Tbs salt
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs black pepper
  • 1 Tbs onion powder
  • 1 Tbs cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbs dried oregano
  • 1 Tbs dried thyme

Directions
  1. Prehet oven to 375
  2. Butter a caserole dish
  3. Lightly season the fish with some of the prepared seasoning recipe (it makes 2/3 cup and store and seal for future uses )
  4. Combine bread crumbs, butter, parsley, mustard, garlic and mix well.
  5. Add the cheese and mix well.
  6. Place on the fish, patting down to make a crust.
  7. Pour cream over fish
  8. Bake about 20 minutes until fish is cooked through and cheese mixture is bubbly
