How to make it

  • preheat oven to 350 degreese
  • slice off tops of tomatoes gently scoop out pulp and save
  • drain tomato shells on paper towel
  • mix bread crumbs tomato pulp chicken broth and herbs in a small bowl
  • brown vension onion and mushrooms in a skillet and drain on paper towel
  • slightly mix breadcrumbs and vension
  • spoon into tomato shells packing loosley
  • mound mizture slightly and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs
  • put in a baking pan and bake 20 - 30 min
