Spicey Venison Stuffed Tomatos Recipe
this is a great way to put a twist on vension ....or change up the meat it all works

Ingredients
  • 6 large tomatos
  • 1 c italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c chicken broth
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 1/2 ths garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 ths sweet basil
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 pd ground vension
  • 1/2 c minced onion
  • 1/2 c fresh mushrooms

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 350 degreese
  2. slice off tops of tomatoes gently scoop out pulp and save
  3. drain tomato shells on paper towel
  4. mix bread crumbs tomato pulp chicken broth and herbs in a small bowl
  5. brown vension onion and mushrooms in a skillet and drain on paper towel
  6. slightly mix breadcrumbs and vension
  7. spoon into tomato shells packing loosley
  8. mound mizture slightly and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs
  9. put in a baking pan and bake 20 - 30 min
