Pasta Salad Recipe
Makes a great side dish for b-b-q's during the summer time. My family always want's me to make this for the family b-b-q's. One of my favorite salads.

Ingredients
  • 1 box Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups summer or polish sausage (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 green bell pepper's
  • 1 1/2 cups or so of miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup or so of yellow mustard

Directions
  1. Boil pasta according to package direction's/ drain when done.
  2. Fry the sliced summer sausage til lightly browned in 1 tbsp. oil.
  3. Add the sausage to the pasta in large bowl.
  4. Take the hard-boiled eggs and chop, then add to bowl of pasta.
  5. Chop the onion and green bell peppers( Do Not Cook) then add to bowl.
  6. Add the miracle whip and mustard.
  7. Then mix all together really well, add more miracle whip/mustard if desired.
  8. Add salt & pepper to taste if you like.
  9. Cover bowl and put in fridge til cold.
