  • 4boneless,skinless chicken breast..8med.potatoes-halved..1bag of broccoli florets..onion-sliced..1can each of cream of chicken,cream of mushroom..1cup water..2tbsp.evoo..(SEASON CHICKEN &POTATOES TO YOUR TASTE).

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 425 gease bottom of large casserole dish w/evoo...place chicken evenly accross dish...add onion,potatoes.cover and cook for 35mn...remove from oven...mix cns of soup with water and pour over chicken...cover cont.cooking for 25mn...sprinkle wih basil on top before serving
