How to make it

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add your ramen noodles.
  • Wait 2-3 minutes until the noodles are tender and separated. Drain
  • Mix the canola oil and the citrus juice in a bowl.
  • Add some salt and pepper.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and feta cheese on top of your noodles.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
