Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large saute pan, heat oil and butter to medium heat
  • Add veal and stir constantly until meat is seared
  • Remove to bowl and set aside
  • In same pan, saute onion until tender
  • Add mushrooms and cook until liquid has evaporated
  • In mixing bowl, combine soup, Marsala, paprika, salt, pepper and thyme and stir until smooth
  • Add veal back to pan with onions
  • Pour sauce over and stir until mixed evenly
  • Bring to simmer
  • Cover pan loosely and turn heat down to as low as possible to bubble gently
  • Let cook for an hour, stirring occasionally
  • Great served with noodles
