Ingredients
  • 6 roma tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
  • 1 medium shallot, diced
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 cup olive oil

Directions
  1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
