Ingredients

How to make it

  • debone and wash dove slice each breast in half
  • simmer breasts with bay, garlic and a little salt with water just enough to cover about 10 to 15 min.
  • drop water and bay
  • add enough cream to almost cover simmer until thickened
  • And cubed Portabella Mushroom
  • simmer about 7 min.
  • add wine cook long enough to make hot again
  • salt and white pepper to taste

    Yum! I bet this would be good with the goat's cheese! I am always trying out new, different recipes and often substitute the cream/or sour cream for goat's cheese, of course Chavrie. It adds a nice velvety texture with that tang! Thanks!
