dove and creamy mushrooms

- 9- 12 dove breast (just slip off the bone with fingers) shopping list
- 1 Lg portabella mushroom shopping list
- 3 Lg. cloves garlic shopping list
- 2 bay leaves (fresh if available) shopping list
- 1 to 2 cups cream shopping list
- 1 cup white wine shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- white pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- debone and wash dove slice each breast in half
- simmer breasts with bay, garlic and a little salt with water just enough to cover about 10 to 15 min.
- drop water and bay
- add enough cream to almost cover simmer until thickened
- And cubed Portabella Mushroom
- simmer about 7 min.
- add wine cook long enough to make hot again
- salt and white pepper to taste
