Cranberry-chip Cookies Recipe

She was quite elderly and I have not heard from her for ages but this is one of her recipes. Prep:15m Cook:10m Servings:60	Dutchie326

Ingredients

1c.sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

2T. orange juice

3 cups flour

1t. baking powder

2 cups chopped cranberries

1 package (6oz) semisweet morsels

3/4 brown sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 salt

1/4 t. baking soda

1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet.

Mixsugars and butter in large bowl

Stir in milk, orange juice, and egg.

Stir in Flour, baking soda, and baking powder and salt.

Then add cranberries, morsels and nuts.

Drop on cookie sheet sprayed with pam.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.

Cool.
