Bleu Cheese Dip

This is a hearty bleu cheese spread that's a great crowd pleaser. Best served with a strong Triscuit type cracker.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sour cream shopping list
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons real bacon pieces shopping list
- 3 tablespoons red onion, minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups bleu cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in bowl
- MIx well til all ingredients are blended
- Chill
- Serve with a hearty cracker
