This is a hearty bleu cheese spread that's a great crowd pleaser. Best served with a strong Triscuit type cracker.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons real bacon pieces
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups bleu cheese

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in bowl
  2. MIx well til all ingredients are blended
  3. Chill
  4. Serve with a hearty cracker
