Stuffed Shells with Pasta Sauce

- 1/2 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 lb. italian sausage, ground shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 12 jumbo shells shopping list
- 1 Tbl. oil shopping list
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained shopping list
- 1 jar (14 oz.) pasta sauce (red) shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Slightly brown ground beef and Italian sausage
- Drain and cool
- Mix in cream cheese (works best when mixing with your hands)
- Set aside
- Saute onions and peppers in oil
- Add mushrooms, pasta sauce, garlic and Italian seasonings
- Spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with non-stick spray
- Stuff shells with meat mixture
- Pour sauce evenly over shells
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes
