Simple Peach Cobbler

- 1 large can of sliced peaches, with juice shopping list
- 1 cup of self-raising flour shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 cup of milk shopping list
- ½ cup of margarine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In a suitably sized casserole dish, melt the margarine (you can do this in the oven).
- While the marge is melting, mix together the self-raising flour, sugar, milk and vanilla; stirring until smooth.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and pour the flour mixture over top of the melted margarine.
- Pour the sliced peaches over the top of this and return to the oven. Bake at 400°F until golden brown
