How to make it

  • We put the biscuits into the blender and grate them firmly. We have melted the margarine first and then combine with the grated biscuits. We lay the mixture in a tart tray and we flaten it with our hand.
  • In a bowl we slightly beat the cream cheese and the condensed milk with a fork.
  • We lay the mixture on top of the biscuits.
  • We slightly stir the the marmelade and then spread it on top.
  • Place the cheesecake in the freezer for about 1 hour.
