Very easy cheesecake

- 650 grams cream cheese (PHILADELPHIA). shopping list
- 300 grams thick sweetened condensed milk. shopping list
- 300 grams digestive biscuits. shopping list
- 120 grams margarine shopping list
- 1 vaze (aprox. 300 gr.) marmelade strawberry, blackberry or from various red fruit. shopping list
How to make it
- We put the biscuits into the blender and grate them firmly. We have melted the margarine first and then combine with the grated biscuits. We lay the mixture in a tart tray and we flaten it with our hand.
- In a bowl we slightly beat the cream cheese and the condensed milk with a fork.
- We lay the mixture on top of the biscuits.
- We slightly stir the the marmelade and then spread it on top.
- Place the cheesecake in the freezer for about 1 hour.
