Zesty Black Eyed Pea Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans black eyed peas rinsed and drained

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped green pepper

3 hard cooked eggs chopped

1/3 cup sliced green onions

5 ounce jar sliced mushrooms drained

4 ounce jar diced pimento drained

3/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl tossing gently.

Cover and chill at least 8 hours stirring occasionally.
